## May 2nd 2026: The Academic Interlude Begins

The rhythm of the development cycle has officially been interrupted by the gravity of final exams. Today, the IDE stayed mostly closed, but the "Streak" remains alive.

### The Mental Architecture

While my hands aren't on the keyboard, my mind is still navigating the codebase. Every time I set an alarm for a study session, I'm thinking about the `AlarmReceiver` logic I built in April. I'm noticing the subtle friction in how I interact with my own scheduling system under high pressure. This "User Experience" phase—where I am purely the consumer of my own product—is providing invaluable data for the post-exam refactor.

### Commit Persistence

I’ve pushed a "Checkpoint" commit today. It’s a placeholder for progress, a signal to the system that the project isn't abandoned—it's just waiting for the academic storm to pass.
