April 20th, 2026: The Academic Pivot
Today marks a temporary but necessary shift in the CommitT development cycle. As much as I want to keep pushing code to the Imperial Sync engine, I have to respect the most important commitment of all right now: my final exams.Development Pause
Starting today, active feature development and native Android engineering are being put on hold. The focus has shifted from “Convex Mutations” to “Academic Memorization.” CommitT is a tool for accountability, and part of that is knowing when to prioritize long-term goals over short-term coding sprints.Current State
The app is in a solid state following the “Scorched-Earth” session management updates from yesterday. The V12 schema is stable, and the Imperial Forward-Heal is protecting the local data integrity. I’ll be back to regular coding once the exams are behind me.Technical Summary
- Status: Development suspended for final exams.
- Maintenance: Minimal background monitoring of the Convex cloud logs.
