Verified History

The Verified sub-tab provides a complete audit trail of past commitment instances. Every verification — whether successful or failed — is recorded here with timestamps, proof data, and outcome details.

Record Structure

Each historical entry contains:

Field	Description
Task Name	The parent commitment title
Instance Date	The specific day this instance was scheduled
Scheduled Window	Original start and end time
Outcome	VERIFIED or FAILED
Verification Time	Exact timestamp when verification occurred (if successful)
Method	How verification was confirmed (GPS, photo, check-in, partner)
Failure Reason	Why the instance failed (if applicable)

Audit Purpose

This tab serves as an immutable accountability record. Users can review their own history to:

• Confirm that a past event was genuinely verified (not fabricated)
• Identify patterns in missed commitments
• Provide evidence to accountability partners that commitments were honored
• Track streaks and consistency over time
